ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT.
This statement was last updated on 03/09/24.
We at Palhelp are dedicated to making our website www.palhelp.org, accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.
Our Approach to Web Accessibility
Web accessibility means creating a website that can be used by as many people as possible. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for all users, including those with disabilities.
Accessibility Features of Our Website
At Palhelp, we have designed our website in accordance with WCAG 2.2 -guidelines to make it accessible to everyone. Our efforts include: large font size wherever practical, using photos to tell the story, use of text to explain photos for people with a vision impairment, use of plain English, identifiable links.
Our Physical Accessibility Arrangements
The Palhelp offices are located in accessible shared co-working spaces. Facilities include lift access, disabled toilet access, access to meeting rooms. The workspace is operated by a third party and is not customisable by Pahelp. We regret that the workspaces are not optimised for access by people with a vision or hearing impairment.
